Landmark Bar & Kitchen – My Journey Crafting Exceptional Marketing and Brand Experiences (Jan 2025 – May 2025)

At Landmark Bar & Kitchen, Fort Worth’s premier nightlife and event hotspot, my role was all about shaking things up and creating unforgettable experiences. As we relocated and aimed to amplify weekday foot traffic and private event bookings, I embraced the challenge by developing innovative marketing strategies and powerful brand partnerships that perfectly matched our lively and welcoming vibe.

One of my proudest achievements has been launching the weekly "Tito’s Texas Tuesdays." Teaming up with Tito’s Vodka, I organized themed nights featuring customized drink menus, vibrant DJ activations, and exciting branded giveaways, collectively reaching over 25,000 monthly guests. This initiative significantly boosted our weekday revenue, now accounting for 18% of total sales.

 

Expanding our craft beer appeal, I established a rotating tap takeover series in collaboration with Martin House Brewing Co. and other top Texas breweries. These events featured engaging beer tastings, trivia nights, and thoughtfully paired food menus, resulting in a 15% year-over-year growth in craft beer sales and becoming our busiest non-weekend event.

 

Understanding the local passion for sports, I spearheaded partnerships with Miller Lite and the popular local station 97.1 The Freak, bringing lively game-day broadcasts, branded seating zones, and exclusive merchandise giveaways to Landmark. These efforts doubled our NFL Sunday attendance during playoffs and boosted beer sales by 25% compared to the previous season.

 

To keep things fresh and exciting, I also created seasonal nightlife campaigns like “Malibu Island Night” and the “Summer Shindig” series in collaboration with Shiner Bock. These dynamic events featured themed cocktails, photo ops, exclusive product drops, and memorable entertainment, collectively driving event revenues exceeding $10,000 each month.

 

I further enhanced our digital presence by optimizing Landmark’s local SEO, running targeted search engine marketing campaigns, and crafting compelling email marketing initiatives. By fine-tuning our Google Business profile and utilizing geo-targeted ads on Google and Waze, coupled with mobile-first landing pages, I successfully increased weekday foot traffic by 30% and boosted private event inquiries fourfold. Our email marketing efforts resulted in a 25% average open rate, significantly increasing promotional engagement and in-bar visits.

These combined strategies not only raised Landmark’s digital profile—boosting website traffic by 50% and doubling table bookings—but also strengthened our brand partnerships. We maintained a 100% partner retention rate and attracted new partnership interest from notable brands eager to collaborate.

 

Through creative initiatives, dynamic partnerships, and targeted marketing, I successfully positioned Landmark Bar & Kitchen as a go-to destination in Fort Worth, blending professional execution with a fun and inviting atmosphere, ultimately driving substantial business growth and memorable guest experiences.
