RIDESHARE: DYNAMIC PRICING PROJECT
This project analyzed rideshare dynamic pricing strategies using predictive modeling. A Boosted Tree model was built on Lyft’s historical data, significantly improving surge pricing accuracy. Applying insights to Uber’s data showcased strong potential for revenue growth, emphasizing the ethical and strategic importance of predictive analytics in dynamic pricing.
