NivTech Solutions – Integrated B2B Product and Channel Marketing Strategy (Nov 2022 - Jul 2023)

At NivTech Solutions, I led strategic marketing initiatives to significantly enhance the visibility and sales performance of our industrial products, including valves, boiler spares, ETP chemicals, and telecom network equipment, across India. Despite serving premium B2B clients such as PepsiCo, Indian Oil, BSNL, and Mayfair Hotels, NivTech initially faced challenges with limited market reach, underdeveloped marketing assets, and minimal inbound product inquiries beyond the Odisha region.
To address these challenges, I developed and executed a comprehensive B2B product marketing strategy aimed at generating new leads, improving product differentiation, and strengthening our market position. I conducted thorough analyses of client usage scenarios, creating targeted messaging and detailed technical documentation for over 25 SKUs. I successfully launched digital lead-generation campaigns via platforms like TradeIndia and Dial4Trade, complemented by strategic email and WhatsApp outreach efforts.
Recognizing the importance of trade marketing, I created scalable frameworks including co-branded sales kits, point-of-sale collateral, and comprehensive onboarding programs. I facilitated engaging product demonstrations and workshops at key industry events like the Make in Odisha Conclave, significantly enhancing dealer confidence and product visibility. By introducing standardized procurement guides and maintenance schedules tailored specifically to our institutional clients, I streamlined reorder processes and improved customer retention.
To expand our channel partner network nationally, I implemented a structured Channel Partner Program, introducing co-branded promotional campaigns, dealer performance incentives, and targeted product training. I personally onboarded approximately 15 new dealers across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and South India, conducting kickoff sessions and aligning partners with clearly defined quarterly sales goals. These initiatives were supported by strategically placed product displays and retail signage at over 20 distributor outlets, significantly boosting visibility and brand recognition.
These integrated marketing efforts yielded substantial results: we generated approximately ₹2.3 Cr (~$280K) in new product inquiries within eight months and increased qualified inbound leads by over three times through targeted digital outreach. I successfully converted several major institutional clients, including securing recurring monthly supply contracts with a PepsiCo bottling unit and Indian Oil refinery buyers. Additionally, the active channel partner base grew by 50%, resulting in a 25% increase in quarterly channel-driven revenue, establishing it as the top sales contributor by mid-2023.
Through my strategic leadership in product storytelling, channel enablement, and comprehensive marketing execution, NivTech Solutions achieved significant national market expansion, elevated brand trust, and realized notable sales growth across its core industrial product offerings.
